How long until I receive my order? 

Please allow 9-12 business days for us to process your order. If you ordered a bandana and a custom pet portrait item, both will ship together in the same package. Production time can vary depending on holidays, but we always try our best to ship out all orders as soon as possible. You will NOT get an update until your order has shipped from our facility (Please check your spam/junk folder as sometimes emails are sent there).

USPS typically delivers packages within 2-3 business days. Please note: if you selected the Expedited Shipping option the production time is still the same. 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

 The Dogbana does not accept returns, or exchanges as each item is custom made to order for each customer. We highly recommend looking at our Size Guides prior to checking out to ensure you have selected the correct size.

My order has been marked as delivered, but I haven't received it!  

The Dogbana is not responsible for lost or stolen packages (every package includes tracking). Once orders leave our location and off to USPS they are no longer in our control. Please ensure you have entered the shipping address correctly before you checkout. We recommend checking in with a neighbor to see if it got delivered there by mistake.  

How do I care for my items?

Hand wash all bandanas in cold water only and lay on flat surface to air dry. For the perfect bandana, carefully iron on flat surface. If your bandana has vinyl please do not iron directly on bandana.  

We highly recommend that all shirts or crewnecks be turned inside out and washed with cold water only (Tumble dry on low setting). For a perfect look turn shirt or sweater inside out and carefully iron (Never iron directly on vinyl). 

Tumblers are NOT dishwasher friendly. We recommend for all tumblers to be hand washed only.
